The price is higher than expected because of the home owning two lots which make the rest of the cul-da-sac completely vacant and secluded. The manned gated community also offers a massive amount of amenities that other communities in surrounding counties do not offer. So most of the pricing has to do with the location. There’s also quite a bit of custom work that was done in the house 🙃
