A beautiful trip to Venice, Louisiana 950 miles from Fort Lauderdale Florida led us in search of the elusive GIANT Yellowfin Tuna that can be worth thousands of dollars per fish. We had an absolutely EPIC trip fishing the huge oil rigs off the coast of Louisiana, we fished hard for two full days and wound up catching this giant Mahi Mahi! Also caught Yellowfin Tuna, Red Snapper, and a fish of a lifetime a Blue Marlin! This is what every fisherman dreams of when it comes to offshore and deep-sea fishing. Big thanks to Captain JT and first mate Dylan for getting us on an epic trip that any one of you guys could be a part of!

Next time you fillet a big bull dolphin like that. Make sure you get the huge chunk of meat on the head. There were nice size chunks of meat left on both sides of his head. Nice haul. Stud Dolphin

I typically get the meat out of the head on the Bulls, I wasn't on the knife for this one. Hopefully we can get on the Mahi this summer down here in South Florida! Thanks for the comment!

I think you meant that yellowfins can cost $1000's of dollars , not worth $1000's.

Both actually hahaha tackle time and boats ain’t cheap… Oh and don’t forget about the gas! 😂 I have sold a 60lb core of a yellowfin for over 1K. Thanks for the comment!

Damn...Dude, I Would Take Those Carcasses, and Cut Them Up, Put Them in a Pressure Cooker, and Make Some Bomb Fish Stock. Damn...So Healthy..! After Cooked for an Hour, Take Bones Out, Put in Rice and Veggies, Hot Sauce, Spices, and Cook Again. Dude, That Would be So Healthy...
