@@andrewpomodoro I live in Canada - when I said Americans I meant the entire continent. I love Asian food but what I hate about it is the fact they love to use sugar on everything. It just ruins it for me. II cant be close minded cuz I actually tried all that stuff and I feel diabetic right after. North Americans have also become accustomed to drenching sugary shit on their foods. Take a pulled pork sandwich for example. How anyone in their right mind can enjoy that crap - I'm not sure. It's basically a sweet bbq sauce sandwich - processed garbage . You like it? I'ma stick to my home-cooked meals and not become diabetic at 40

It sounds & looks strange, but when I actually tried it, it was a surprisingly great addition to the sandwich. The Muslim sauce is sweet anyway, so the addition of raisins enhances the flavor.

Just hit them up today on Uber Eats and wowwwwwwww. Fish Hoagie was official and the salmon fried rice was also amazing. Every time I'm back home in Germantown, I'll have to order from Sister Muhammad's Kitchen! This channel is a must-follow....JL is a game changer.

Thanks Sean, I'm from Trenton and I was there earlier today and the Muslim Fish Hoagie was spot on. However, I wasn't impressed with the service. I had to wait about 35 minutes for my food.

I've been looking for this Muslim Fish Hoagie for over 25 years. There was a spot in West Philly that made this & would send them up to Graterford for the Eid feast. Mr. Muhammad started this many many years ago. Soo good.

I used this video as a food source while visiting my nephew in Fort Dix Army base yesterday. Two of my sisters and another neice drove over to Philadelphia and ate good: fish platter, fish hoagie, with everything, 2 chicken tender platters, a bean pie and squash pie. There was a restaurant called "Mr. Muhammad's" in Detroit that served a scrumptious fish hoagie called "The Seaboat." Sadly, there are no more Muslim restaurants or enterprises in the City of Detroit where the NOI was founded.

Been eating Muslim fish and steaks since the 80’s. We grew up with the Steak n Take restaurants in south Jamaica Queens NY. I even know the the ingredients to the special sauce The only difference is, ours wasn’t Chopped up, and it only came with lettuce onions tomatoes cheese and special sauce.
