Insane Po Boy with Fried Lobster tail, Fried Fish and Fried shrimp! Jay's Fish Gate in Paterson, NJ 

In this episode I visit Jay's Fish Gate located 65 Montgomery Street, Paterson, NJ. This food truck is located inside the Jay's Laundromat parking lot. This place is well-known for their fried fish, shrimp, lobster, seafood boil bags and seafood crab fries. The Po Boy Zoo is a specialty item that has2 fried lobster tail, 6 fried shrimp and 4 pieces of fried whiting. This Po Boy Zoo is an ode to Paterson's own Fetty Wap and is nephew to owner to Jay's fish gate. That Po Boy Zoo knocked it out the park, A must try! Next is the seafood gumbo....My my my my I aint never had seafood gumbo like this . Each bite was filled with so much seafood variety. You can see the seafood freshness. Another great addition. The seafood fries were piled on with crab meat and I had trouble finishing it later. All items I tried were certified bangers! Go support them and your stomach will thank you.
