In today's episode of painting masters we'll look at Jung Hun-Sung, an incredible Korean watercolorist who's very proficient in portraits.
His works is among the best I'd ever seen, and it's my pleasure sharing some of that with you today.

What that asian girl is showing with her fingers represents heart or love in some asian cultures, not money 😅 Great channel, I’m just a beginner but I find these extremely inspiring, thank you so much! ❤️

I observed that he is using a canvas and not paper....i think there is a different technique in doing watercolor on canvas...

Are there any live demos with this artist? He’s using clean water after laying down color to blend out, but what kind of brushes is he using?

It’s a mystery to me 😂 There are many non live demos. I believe there are narrated videos (including info about supplies) for their channel members though. So could be an option for gaining more info.

I love the ballet dancer. It has completely different feel then the others paintings. It is more elusive, and it carries some mystery feeling inside and at the same time the shapes are just so exact. May be it is just me , I love the balet overall.

Fantastic! I swear...there are so many wonderful Asain portrait painters it makes me wonder if they all attended the same school...or maybe there's something in the water. If so I need to import some.
