Be f...king real. The USAF is having trouble with recruitment and holding on to pilots. Just a few days ago , it's Jan 2024, the IG rated the force as under prepared for war against near equals. When I was in, we had over 200 hrs flight training sorties a year. Nowadays, that is 150 hrs or less. I don't know how to rebuild our capabilities, but I can say without equivocation that propaganda like this video is not the way.
