I don't even live in Iowa - and it would break my heart to lose Blandings turtle. Extinction and extirpation should not be tolerated in an englightened society !

"I have an immoderate passion for water; for the sea, though so vast, so restless, so beyond one's comprehension; for rivers, beautiful, yet fugitive and elusive; but especially for marshes, teeming with all that mysterious life of the creatures that haunt them. A marsh is a whole world within a world, a different world, with a life of its own, with its own permanent denizens, its passing visitors, its voices, its sounds, its own strange mystery." ― Guy de Maupassant

Always the same theme in nature videos: We have destroyed nature and there is little left.

And can’t ever just show beautiful wildlife and let us enjoy. They often plaster propaganda in these vids wanting people to be in state of chaos and feel bad and give money to these entities claiming to be such benevolent charitable organizations but most are horribly corrupt , taking such profit in large amount for themselves and in business with the very entities behind closed doors , that are responsible for destroying resources and wildlife and natural environments yet they do not want to say that out publicly ,,, they’re all in the same evil crap , the dirty politicians they line the pockets of with dirty money , the dirty businesses at the core with all the control and money and influence , responsible for decimating these places yet idiots so often are oblivious and they sit and want to cripple their own economy saying oh boycott any Company that uses such n such product ,like with palm oil. So many Americans are Promoted wildlife shows made to be like stupid reality show ,humanizing freaking apes and monkeys , just for these people to buy into this whole theme of sending money to these off shore Or foreign places where these entities set up little location that they record video of all these apes in “ school “ as they just have to put it to keep with the whole humanizing theme , where they don’t show the huge facilities off camera indicative of the money spent on the woman’s big mansion on the compound and they act like those animals are all “‘rescued “ and “ orphaned “ yet they just seemingly find them a lot and they wouldn’t be just left alone by their mama like that abandoned,. But anyway with all the propaganda promoted within those shows and online , ppl send money to these entities and sit there acting like oh something just must be done to save the orangutans or whichever type primate , ape or monkey alike will be plastered on whatever show to be humanized and coddled white people are told how oh they’re so badly endangered yet they make Statistics up constantly just as badly as they do with the whole oh humans share such n such amount dna with monkey or ape when it’s evident that there’s a percentage of large degree with them and other living beings , even a banana we share 87% so anyway , but these entities all promote doom gloom and blame us when there’s nothing done to the ones at the center of it all , they keep profiting and meanwhile ppl wanna boycott their own economy just to blame the little dudes , get those nasty bastard at the core of it still get away with every dirty business deal they make behind closed doors and enough is enough !!’the time to have done something to so called save the world lol should I’ve Bn long ago ,! Esp in last 40-50 years time but no. Big dirty entities that get to live above and outside the law still benefit even now. If it isn’t things like palm oil , they find any other reason to destroy environment or wildlife and to exploit whatever they Can or take advantage of whomever they can to profit. It’s so annoying. Ppl are so oblivious but anyway..

Uh. I just can’t stand hearing that woman trying to read the script. Why not just have one actually decent narrator ? The dude doesn’t bother me ... but ewe ... can hear her crackly mouth noises and it’s making me cringe. No need to swap the reading between two people. It’s cheesy and just cringy. I just Would have preferred to hear one narrator and just something showing documentation of wildlife , not every definition and historically insignificant local fact or figure ... uhhh that accent these loud shrill harsh sounding women have in this just is so annoying. This comes off as bad touristy video that’s just trying too hard to be all relevant.
