Finally a comment section: The Underminer is indeed pretty cool and it's also nice he kinda won here. He successfully robbed the bank while he lost the big driller, but it seams it was calculated.

We waited 14 years for this movie? I could’ve written a better story line in 30 minutes after consuming copious amounts of Alcohol. This pathetic attempt at a sequel shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same breath as the original
