because she's not funny compared to comedians. She's hilarious and one of the best, but only for a comedianne, not overall. And there's really almost no competition and nine-tenths of her competition, like Joan Rivers (who makes this woman invisible), is already dead.

This is the second time that I watched one of Mrs. Vee's shows. She's very funny. I noticed that in both of her shows, her audience laughs in a very distinctly different way than US audiences. The UK audience laughs as if they are controlled by a switch: punchline----everyone begins laughing in unison and then stops in unison. Switch on. Switch off. A US audience sounds like an orchestra tuning up before a concert: smattering of anticipation laughter; punchline----swell of laughter to a crescendo, tapering off, then some people reviewing the punchline in their mind and "re-laughing" which ripples along like white noise for a moment. It's a messy process. But the Brits? Laugh on. Laugh off. Very precise and concise

I think they are tuning the laughter/other sounds off when she's talking. You can hear that her voice through the microphone sounds different the laughs can be heard.

Have laughed a lot so thank you. Just wanted to say that I have always thought parents should learn from their children while teaching them. I once had a dumb French Arab student say to me: "So the answer rimes with the question!". I said: "What?" - HE answered "Where = There / What = That / When = Then" The dumb French Arab student had just taught the teacher.

Breaking generational trauma of "traditional discipline" is hard work and not enough people acknowledge that. Parenting with redirection/time outs etc. is more challenging than corporal punishment or emotional abuse but it's necessary to break the cycle. For real that is the topic here in case you are lacking context.

Indian parenting is just the best.I'm 22 and doing very good overall especially mental health. Becoz instead of coddling and treating me like a flower they prepared me for the real world. And they were not always hard at times when I was going through some hardships they showed properly how much they loved me.
