Hatching Eggs In Homemade Incubator Instructions :-
For Hatching Chicken Eggs You Need To Maintain Temperature Between 37°C - 39°C (In Centigrade) OR 99°F - 102°F (In Fahrenheit) & Maintain Relative Humidity Between 45% - 60% In Incubator And Rotate The Eggs Daily 2 Times (Morning & Evening) Till First 18th Day.
Stop Rotating Eggs After 18th Day and Increase Humidity to 60% - 75% And Temperature Is Same As First 18 Days (37°C - 39°C OR 99°F - 102°F ).
Chicken Eggs Will Hatch Between 19th - 24th Day But Most Of The Eggs Hatch On 21st Day.
HOMEMADE INCUBATOR WITHOUT ELECTRICITY ?
Materials Required :-
1.Clay Pot (Medium to Large Size)
2.Rice Husk
3.Water Bowl
4.Temperature Meter
5.Cotton Cloth and Cloth Ribbon
6.Fertile Eggs (2-12 Days Old)
Procedure For Hatching Eggs In Sunlight :
1.Make an Incubator As Shown In Video And Kept It Under Sunlight. Let's Assume Sun Shines atmost 12-14 Hours a Day, Just Kept The Whole Incubator Setup Under Sunlight And Try To Move Setup From Full Sunny Place to Less Sunny Place (@ Mid-Day). Because Over Heat More Harmful Than Under Heat....So Better To Place It at Moderate Temperature Place (37°C - 39°C)...The Better You Maintain Temperature The Better Hatching Rate You Will Get.
2.Rotate The Eggs Daily 2 Times Till 18th Day (Morning & Evening).
3.Chicken Eggs Takes 21 Days to Hatch....Sometimes Hatch Between 19-24 Days.
What to do at Night ?
If Temperature Is 32°C or More at Night Leave As It Is No Need To Do Anything But If Temperature Is Below 32°C Then Try To Kept It Under Light/Bulb at Night (We Din't Use Light Because at Present We Are In Summer Season & Temperature At Night Fluctuates Between 32°C-35°C).
This Method Works Mostly In Summer Season and Very Hot/High Temperature Places(Countries).
