They played this song before " the beatles - come together" and I thought it was the beatles intro for it redone. What an amazing bass line. What a great song. So much beatles and early tool in this song
Same such a banger I thought it was kinda boring first few listens but it’s literally just a modern take on a sort of rock slow burn kinda like the masterpiece from morning view just a phase
Science is a great album but who wants a band to make the same album over and over for 20 years? Incubus progression has been perfect. Be happy albums like science exist.
4thGloryMonday and that was the last album with bassist dirk lance. I wonder what ACLOTM and light Grenades would sound like if dirk lasted that long with them.
Ive read your comments from like 3 years ago if im not mistaken your from N california we talked on many threads. Im about to see them again in july🙂. Hope u are well
This song fits the current situation perfectly: If the wolrd don't learn from this experience and we keep on making the same mistakes, karma will be really bad when it comes back again
This song is such a mood right now. Really speaks to the inner frustration and fury I have for the state of things right now, while also motivating myself to "do better." We HAVE got to do better.
Nobody thinks you’re cool if you only like the first album. Nobody thinks you’re cool for believing they sold out. Nobody thinks you’re cool if you’ve been a fan for 20 years and think they suck now. If you don’t like it, don’t listen. Incubus is wildly successful and has a loyal fan base. We will still be here listening and feeling grateful for new music in these trying times even if you aren’t. ✌🏼
Nobody thinks you're cool if you have to force your opinion onto that of others. Maybe just let others think whatever the fuck they want to think? Maybe mind your own business instead letting your opinion needing validation from others?
They are no longer twenty years old, now they do something more relaxed where they feel comfortable. I like that they continue to feel young, simple and that pop feeling.
This is that Incubus that pulses through my veins and awakens the cosmic being resting just behind my eyes. Step out into the ether. Unfurled. I'm ready, Karma, Come Back.
Long time Incubus fan here. Regardless of how I feel these new songs are, I'm thankful these guys haven't gotten bored, that no serious medical illness has hit any of them, that they're still enjoying what they do. They've had to adapt and change which honestly I wouldn't like them if they didn't. Times change and bands adapt. If anything their production value is insane right now. Their breakdowns are a lot more evident and its nuts. Look at On without me, Glitterbomb, love in a time of surveillance. Love Incubus
I'm not that 'aged' to be a 'long incubus fan' but they, in fact, were the first band I've ever listened to, back in 2002 when I was like 5 and could barely understand English (Latin American), but the songs and how they're made is what made me stick to them. I'm 22 now, soon 23. Never saw them live but I damn know that when I see them I'll cry like a baby
The album shines musically like the lady's slipper orchid in Chinese 蘭: I close my eyes and I feel inner grace, love, purity, elegance and beauty. Thank you Incubus for this long bond!🌺🍀
