Never been on a cruise before, just looking into it now. Can someone describe their day on board? It sounds like all you do is eat and drink. You get some sun and swim in the pool, but what else?
@mercyngrace I asked that before I sailed on Independence. I went in April and it was wonderful. There were several kids, but they weren't a problem. In fact, some of them were quite fun, funny and cute. You will LOVE this ship
Great ship. Wonderful for a nice 3 day get away fri sat sun. I’ve been on that ship 5 times and love it . But next 2 months I go on the Mardi Gras 2 times . I love both carnival and royal. And Jason your the voice of cruise review.
Longing to travel your side of the pond…does one of the three ships in this class do the Caribbean? Do you know if Fish & ships have Mushy peas? (I’m British 😊)
Not sure about the mushy peas but I go on it in a few weeks and it's definitely doing the Caribbean. Right now though they are short cruises on this particular ship. 3 or 4 days. They have a ton of ships in Florida though so I am sure you could find one to your liking out of Port Canaveral, Fort Lauderdale or Miami.
We had our honeymoon on here on the ships second ever sail and it was unbelievable ! Wish I did more on board as there’s so much to do and it’s an amazing experience, made friends with Americans that we are still in touch with. If you’re thinking about it, don’t, book it.
