Thanks..the one thing I couldn't see and maybe it is staring at me, but where is "auto-clean" for first time use? It was the main reason I watched the video, but it was helpful in other ways.

I have a version of this machine and am really happy with it - I only wish I’d got the smaller load size (I was blinded by thoughts I’d be washing duvets every five minutes so got the 9kg). Can I ask do you have any recommendations for machines that don’t ‘beep’? I’m moving soon and will be buying a new washer and the constant beep beep drives me crackers 🤣
Recently got one of the Indesit machines (washer dryer 7kg/5kg) and the drum is spinning fine and it’s draining, but for the life of me we cannot figure out why it won’t spin at the end of a program, leaving the clothes soaking wet, even if we leave it on the 1400 spin speed recommendation for the program
The main reason can be that it is a small load and it cannot balance the load out properly. This is a common problem on a lot of washers and having at least half a load in there is required so it can spin properly
I have same washer but it will fill water for a minute then stop. I checked with my meter and I saw that when the water stops power to the valve will be disconnected. But then the washer will be washing for a minute or two till h2o error sign will be flashing. What's the problem? Water hose isn't blocked anyway. Could it be the pressure sensor or what?
Since it was encouraged to comment, I watched this and was hoping to see how to get started with a new machine, step by step. I was disappointed, and I'm feeling frustrated as a Dyslexic I can't read manuals. The obvious was explained I didn't learn much. Where is the Auto-Clean cycle & what is the order of turning this thing on? :)) :((
It sounds like there is a blockage in the waste which is why it cant pump water out of the machine or fill up. I would recommend trying to pull the machine out and see if you can remove the blockage from the waste pipe and hopefully it should be back to normal then
