If you have problem with Muslim community, then think about only India and Pakistan, not putting Bangladesh with India and Pakistan since India has higher muslim community herself, has good tie with current Taleban government than Bangladesh. Overall, Indian muslim are more conservative than Bangladeshi muslim, and India has higher intolerant and religious extremist Hindus ( particularly in North India, and Assam) compared to Bangladeshi.

Not any single country want to give up to prevent spilt into separate independent countries. Even neighbouring countries does not support separatists from other countries that might influences their own separists. Think about India, who is currently pro Military government of Myanmar, and in past, India was contra Tamil separatist in Shrilanka. However, in Bangladesh, there are few dominated separatist groups are active. If they have own separate country in CHT. Will they stop discriminate and burning other’s Temples? Does Chakma tribe will give equal facilities to Tripura tribe and so on? Wasn’t burn Muslim Rohingya's satlements by Buddist?

There are Islamic education schools everywhere. They can be attended by Muslims after their state schools. Also, dont compare your country to western countries. You are not at the same level in terms of social or economic development. India is the largest democracy with varying views on social issues. Hindus do not get to dictate on what minorities can and can't do. Hindu zealots want india to be a Hindu land and that will never happen. There are bigger problems with economy and education. Illiteracy is a big problem. Solve that first before worrying about how Muslims are getting educated in their religion.

@@pixelpie5280Previous government in India( current opposition) brought a waqf board law in India which says if Waqf board feels a certain land belongs to them then they can claim it. The onus is then on the normal citizen to prove that the land belongs to him. If he can’t he will loose that land. India had extreme appeasement of vote bank in the previous government. Hence you see a backlash against such appeasement. Every Indian should over equal rights. No issues with that. But when communities start asking for special rights in each n everything then it leads to issues.

@@ASeeker-9999 i literally said in my previous comment waqf needs reform matter of fact i think it also needs govt oversight and revenue from waqf can be used to start new schools , hospitals etc . The current waqf board is not even helping the muslims . But some people straight want to remove waqf and don't understand what are it's uses . Nor do they understand waqf in itself is not against secularism but the changes made to waqf also plays a role of not allowing hindutva vadis to claim or break any future mosques etc along with places of worship laws by making land reclamation so hard . If u remember if was congress only which let babri to be demolished , which was actually necessary for future stability of the country . But u can't accuse congress of doing appeasement to one side there is more to these things then the surface . This is why P.V. Narshimha rao in my opinion is one most underrated pm . @@pixelpie5280 I do not think Waqf needs to be dissolved or anything like that. All religions have some kind of religious institutions n they have their importance. It’s ok. There will always be a few radicals in every religion or society who say extreme things. That doesn’t mean even 1% or 2% of 1 billion Hindus believe like Muslims can’t have their religious board. Most are very secular. We even have political leaders who say Sanatan should be eradicated! All communities face some hate. Every religion n its institutions face some hate unfortunately. Politics plays a huge role in this. People want to appease their own vote banks. It’s sad but can’t help it. What matters is that government n constitution doesn’t take away the right of any religious institution nor should it give any special rights to one religious institution at the cost of another community. We need genuine secular laws where all are treated equally. Disrespecting or destroying any religious place is wrong and should never be tolerated but denying Hindus the right to fight a legal case to claim their most sacred places of worship by bringing places of worship act is unfair. Everyone has the right to go to court to seek justice. We can celebrate the glorious Ram temple n we can also celebrate the new mosque in Ayodya when it’s ready. Heard it will be the biggest mosque in India and will hold the largest Quran in the world n Imam of Mecca is coming for first prayers. It’s all good. We can coexist peacefully. Legally Fighting for justice of demolished holy sites doesn’t mean we should be against mosques! But how do you expect people to not even fight a legal battle when they believe their shivling is kept in Toilet area of masjid where they wash their feet? How can legal right be denied? Is this secularism? Atleast let the scientific testing be done n then based on that it will be proved right or wrong!

Which is if more places of worship are allowed to be destroyed or even be contested in court than it will open a slippery slope where many mosques will be destroyed and create rift in society of hate and revenge . As it is a fact many mosques have been built on temples similarly many temples have been build on jain or buddhist temples . Try asking hindus if they will allow their buildings to destroyed for such things ? Most likely a no . So what does this create --- majoritarianism . Unlike ram mandir which was an exceptionally polarizing issue and had become more political than religious it should stand as an example that nothing similar happens in future . A correction . Not everyone was denied citizenship or property rights in Kashmir. Only Indians from rest of India were denied that right. Pakistanis could enjoy that . A women marrying outside would not get property. People no matter how much they had studied, number of degrees didn't matter as you could only do the job that your caste had for you. Plus HHindu kashmiri Pandits did not flee they were ethnically cleansed , they'd to suffer a genocide after which they were forced to leave there ancestoral lands!
