Its not a right analysis .. the panel should discuss the game in Whole... Its incomplete analysis.... don't give credit to Indian batters if you don't want , but at least analyse how Pak should have bowled in tough conditions especially when the defending score is not big. While cricket has fundamentally changed since then, Pakistan is not able to reimagine. In 1992 they believed in individual match winners. Even now they believe the same and not working towards making the team click as a unit.

Kamran was on target, the innings that Babar and Rizwaan played only dented any chances that Pak had, they played approx 15-20 overs and left with almost the same run rate. As an Indian fan, I hate when a player is trolled by some toxic fans. However, if Babar has to get the respect of the cricketing community like Virat or Rohit, these are the matches where he has to play out of his skin and trounce the opposition
Everyone hyped batting prowess but Indian bowling took the cake, if umpiring decision was not poor Pakistan would have folded around 170 as 2 on field umpiring saved them, brilliant bowling by Kuldeep, Bumrah, Hardik. I enjoy Rashid Sir’s analysis and watch the show regularly. Pakistan won the last game against SL convincingly and you all were very happy to see that. That gave you confidence for the game against India. You all also agreed not to change the combination. But after this result you want to totally change the team and not happy with some of the players which I don’t agree with. If India had lost today that would not have made current indian players not good enough to compete against good team. You got to support your team in losses as well, like you do when they win. Analysing the game where they missed chances or lacking technically is required but accusing players and telling them not worthy enough, that is absolutely wrong. I am sure the same Pakistan team will progress further in this tournament and you will be proud of them. Don’t worry dear Dr. World cup is not lost yet. Goal should be that not India. No one compared the match between Australia Vs India and this game. India used a similar strategy in that game and here. Scores were also similar. Collapse also similar. Still these so self proclaimed analysts don't throw any light on Indian strategy. Rohit used similar tactics.

Outstanding point highlighted by Kamran bhai. 80 runs off 50 balls with high strike rate even getting out provides cushion to the incoming batter and they can take time to settle in, whereas if you score runs at a strike rate of less than 100 and get out, that provides no breathing space for the incoming batter and in other words you are hurting the team and promoting a batting collapse.
You can't win ODIs and Tests with T20 players (bits and pieces players ). Pakistan team making the same mistake again and again by selecting ODI team based on PSL or other T20 league performances! See, You don't have proper spinner in your team, don't have proper all-rounder to bank on, you need specialists to do well in longer formats, pcb needs to understand that, otherwise it will haunt them in ODIs and Tests.

Template can't be changed overnight, England needed 2 to 4 years to do that after 2015 debacle. They hired the right set of coaches and management then recruited right players with right skill set. Unfortunately, Pakistan is playing old fashioned cricket. And against any top team, they are bound to fail as a team. Individual brilliances can win you games like against Sri Lanka or even against any other top team but you'll never win tournaments with this approach.

People like Rashid Latif were always hyping this Pakistani bowling attack as best bowling side for last 2 years.. But inspite of being an "expert", he never noticed that this team was good only in T20s, where its a game of luck and batting mistakes. Test matches shows true sense of bowler and there even Shardul Thakur is better than Shaheen Afridi because he has won us overseas matches. Also ODI is a format where just bowling 140-150 is useless. If u bowl fast to Rohit or Rahul or even Gill, they will hit you faster for a boundary.
Why is no one talking about poor captaincy of Babar Azam. He should be questioned no clear plan. Also he didn't bring shaheen and Rauf in tandem when wickets fell...

Sir's to me important thing by Rohit was marshalling his resources for example he used pace at one end and spin from the other. This didn't allow the batters to settle. Generally if spin was working then captain tends to use them from both ends but Rohit had done his homework well. I'm Roy from India.

I think Pakistan selection and management is like the 90s India, better average, you get selected! I remember in 90s if the asking rate got to 7 or 8 an over, Indian batsmen would prefer to stay not out or score solely and improving average instead of taking risks

I think the main reason is the mentality of the Pakistani team when they play against India. You can do all the analysis but they always go in with a very timid mindset. They did not play as a team. Btw individually they are very good players.
