Sir mai gym jaata hu aur medium range work out karta hu diet bhi achi hai protein bhi jitni requirment hai utna le raha hu calories deficit pe hu bss micronutrients pure nahi ho paa rahe hai to kya carbamide forte wala mv mere liye sahi hai? I saw both of your videos regarding multivitamin. Now tell me what's a good option becadexamin(1rs per capsule) or carbamide(3rs per capsule), money isn't an issue btw ? Is there any thing called low quality/grade vitamins? Why one multivitamin is quite expensive and one is cheap?

Brother u said iron will not obsorb if calcium is present and ur right but forgot to tell about copper it will not obsorb if zinc is present and taking high doses of magnesium copper zinc together they also dont obsorb what u say on this

Sir Mera blood pressure normally 150/110 atta hai. Meri age 36 years hai. Mujhe high BP last ten years se hai. Cholesterol check karvaya kayi baar normal aya or kabhi abnormal aya. BP ki tablets tab leta hun jab head pain hota hai. Regular nahi. Jab kisi Baat ka stress hota hai toh head pain bohut zyada hota hai. Mere dad ki heart attack ke karan 1999 mein 41 ki age mein death ho gayi thi. High BP mujhe apne parents se mila hai.
