Hi thanks for the lovely comment . As for your question I’ll say that if you plan it by yourself it’ll be cheaper but it will also be a lot of work and it can get hectic. As it’s your first trip abroad and especially it’s your honeymoon (congrats on the marriage) id say book a package as you’d like to enjoy as much time with your wife so you can have great memories of your honeymoon

You can also do the same visa paperwork process online in advance of arrival, including payment by credit card. This will save you time at the border as you can use the electronic gate to get in.

If the PNR is same then no need for transit. It’s the responsibility of the airline to get you on the next flight. As for humidity. Bali is pretty hot and humid all yaar long as it’s an island so it really doesn’t matter much when you go as long as it’s not rainy season.

Yes they accept euros but for the visa fees you will have to convert it into USD rest of the places euro you get good rates.

Yes you can opt of an e visa it saves a lot of time plus you pay with Indian currency so you save the hassle of carrying dollars for the VOA. I highly recommend it.

I am coming across VietAir as the cheapest flight so far with approx 3-4 hours layover. I am fine with 7kg luggage but my main concern is how is VietAir as an airline overall? Do they have good service, comfortable seating? Thanks.

Thanks for the lovely comment. The flights are very basic with vietjet. They don’t serve meals and the seats are really cramped. Even water you may have to buy depending on route. Also pls check if the flight is in same PNR and same terminal as you may need a visa if the terminals change or the flight flyer delayed.

1. I got a sim from outside the hotel area in kuta area. 2. Yes, you can use airport Wi-Fi to book taxi, I did the same as well. 3. ₹46k was for round trip during peak season. You can get tickets for cheaper too for full service airline. Hope this answers everyone.

Hi! So I carried USD from India and then exchanged it in Bali at currency shops avoid airport and Ubud there are shops everywhere which change currency. Also I used my credit card everywhere it’s a lot easier then exchange and carrying or whitdrawing cash.

That info is incorrect. You need a visa which can be availed on arrival and the fees is $35. Right now that visa free news is false.

If it’s a honeymoon or couple trip. Id suggest opt for a package you can get it as per your budget. Self planning is cheaper but you will waste time of something goes wrong.

Wi-Fi from the airport. That’s what I used. The car comes to designated pick up spot for grab taxi or gojek and then you can track it as per cab number

It’s very trustable. I’ve been using it in Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam & Bali. It’s very good. I’ve never had a problem. Don’t worry it’s still better than the service OLA and Uber offer in india by miles.

Hi! You can go to any jeweller or western union money transfer shop to convert INT to USD or you can even go to your bank for it. Don’t do it at airport as it’s very expensive and will lose money on exchange rates.

You don’t need a transit visa if you are flying on same PNR and anyways if you are in same terminal you don’t need a transit visa as you can’t leave the airport.

@@iammehuljain9208 if the terminals are different then yes you will need it. But if it’s the same then no but I’d highly suggest you to call the airline and confirm these things are usually in grey area so it can change from time to time.
