Yes, primary airline is elderwiss. But better to have booking from same portal from India to Jamaica. Most probably you will receive your luggage at Jamaica, but I'm not sure. Ground staff at Mumbai can confirm this.
Without Transit visa you can reach Cayman Islands using this route. But you need either a work permit or tourist visa to enter Cayman Islands as an Indian Passport holder.

The condition to use this route is that you will be taking one airline from India to Montego Bay. At transit (Zurich) luggage will automatically moved to the next flight. Hope this helps

Immigration officials at zurich or Jamaica may not be convinced with work permits. So as a precautionary measure atleast carry dummy return tickets. Or you can continue as you wish. 👍
