I have watched 2011 win and 2024 win live. I was jumping with joy in 2011. I was weeping in 2024. There was a big heartbreak in November 2023, this win just corrected that wrong. Nothing more. The future is bright, we have a lot of good players coming through. We will win a lot more ICC trophies soon. And it's novelty will reduce eventually.
I have remembered an incident from last year world cup finals.. when our team was defeated... There was the news about Rohit Sharma pain n grief after the defeat...that he cried after finals... N he just wrote a sentimental message on social media...!! Which went viral... N all the news channel n social media shown a huge compassion towards Rohit sharma...!! N just after 10 days of this incident.. He went to Maldives with his family to enjoy the holidays...!! 😂😂😅😅😅 Isn't it the height of hypocrisy...!! And we just spend our precious tym and money on these hypocrites.... Just to gain sympathy of public he did such drama like he is crying for country..but actually he was preparing bags for holidays😅😅😅

And as the average poor middle class keep seeing these feeds day in and out they begin talking about these celebrities and then they begin to worshiping them. I wonder how anyone can get time to celebrate other people life instead of making his own life somewhat better. Hero worshiping shows we are a society of slaves.
