Easy Paratha
1. Combine 300g of all purpose flour, a pinch of salt, 10g of unsalted melted butter and water.
Kneed until same texture and softness of “earlobe”. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
2. Cut the dough into 6 pieces.
3. Roll the dough to a round shape. Brush it with melted butter. Roll the dough like so.
4. Add an oil to a pan and fry the dough. Brush it with a butter before serving.

Water
Salt to taste
