VB, Just a thought here... the G-tank issue.... Line the front Delrin post "cups" with 1/16th inch rubber, ... Say inner tube slices, ... then put the tank back on to the Delrin mounts. That should get rid of the slop in the front tank mounts before you bolt the tank bottom down and slap the seat back on.
