Cool...! re the modification to the back section, rather than sliping the protector over the bottom leg...could you possibly make the opening at the back much smaller, and slip the protector over the fork tube...and then downward onto the leg?

That's a good idea! The darker rubber section is larger in diameter than the section I plan to mount on... but I might be able to open it up enough to slip over. I'll investigate that. Cheers. 👍

Fork Gaiters, problem solved. But these look great and easier to install. Can I ask what model 3D printer you use? I want one.

This is the 3D printer I use, very happy with it. store.anycubic.com/products/kobra-2-plus?sscid=61k8_gsvar&

You are handy fellow. If you decide to sell the files you might consider putting some legal language to prevent reselling the files. I seen this happen on ECU flash files.

For sure, would do Jerry. They would be for personal use only. ;)

They would be. I did try and find some a little while ago and after searching high and low couldn't find any at the right diameter. Found plenty for Harley though. :) Fortunately for me, I enjoy making this sort of stuff.

remember folks. print them from ABS or ASA at least PETG. PLA is no good material for this at all
@BikesILike

I used to believe the same, but this enhanced PLA is pretty tough stuff. I actually printed a PLA pot planter a few years ago. It ended up outside in the full Australian summer sun. It's now been out there for a few years in all weather and is completely fine. I fully expected to warp and melt.
