You explain the content so well that there is no need to ask any questions in the comment section because at the end of the video you left with no doubt. Thankyou soo much for such efforts.
You are superb ma'am ❣️..your way of teaching is outstanding..I'm a law student and when I watched your video for the first I was checked all your videos Please try to make more videos in evidence act, constitution as well as other laws keep going 👍❣️
Hi Srishti, really good content. A request - can you please stand on any one side of the board so that the entire content of the board is clearly visible all the time for reading and making notes. Sorry to say but you are blocking your own content most of the time...hope you understand 👍
Hi, aapke videos bht useful hote hain. Aapse ek chhoti c req hai k aap board k ek side ho jaya kre samjhate wkt qk is se humein notdown krne mai and ache se headings padhne mei easy hoga. Thank you so much
commendable work is being done by u. All ur lectures r so clear to be understood even by a layman for his knowledge to be compete in outer world. Being a law student i can say all ur lectures helps me alot to score good marks without going through the glimpses of bare act or related things.
Can you inform, from where you read the difference between India law and English law regarding definition of Document. Becaue I read (R v Daye, 1908 KB) judgement, where I found that English law and Indian law views are similar.
R v Daye, [1908] 2 KB 333, p 340, "there is a document whenever there is writing or printing capable of being read, no matter what the material may be upon which it is impressed or inscribed".
Hi Srishti .... Your way of teaching is good and you have good knowledge about the subject. But I want to give a suggestion that you always stand in front of the board and it is difficult to read the same due to this. Always stand beside the board which you can notice in the video of other teachers. Thanks 🙏
Whether any inscription on stone, if captured by camera in a click then would the photograph be treated as primary evidence in court? Because as per Indian Act the matter is treated as evidence not the substance upon which it is described..please clarify
