None of them cooked a proper biryani . The basmati rice in biryani should not stick with other rice and as for the chicken it should be marinated and cooked in dum ( a type of cooking ) .

I think the people in Britain are used to boneless chicken. And since they eat what they get, they grew up eating boneless chicken biryani. Butcher shops aren't common in the UK I guess.

This is so dope! A lot of Kenyan cuisine (also other east african countries) is influenced by Indian and Arab dishes. Id love to see a challenge especially with Biriyani, Samosas, Bhajia/Bhajis and Chapatis, Mshikaki/Kebabs. And Regan, Why you so fine?
