Fabulous painting, Gnarabup Beach. I remember it was a very windy day the rain drove us all and inside and we drank coffee!! What a wonderful workshop...thank you 🎨😊
How I wish this was played at normal speed with Michael’s comments as he paints, so that we could learn such techniques as use of dry brush to paint breaking waves, wet-on-wet sky, etc !! Please slow down.
Thank you Masaaki!! you can find 98 my videos in real-time with all comments on the same channel... Or check my video courses about seascape on watercoloronline.com. Thank you for watching!
I'm not a fan of the speed up videos, so I go to settings (hover cursor over bottom right corner of the video), click on settings then playback speed. Choose 0.25. It won't be as slow as real time, but it's better than warp speed.
Formidable Michael.Qui ont été vos professeurs d'art? Avez vous toujours eu ce style en aquarelle. Êtes vous membre de l'association canadienne de l'aquarelle?
Dear Liliana, For this video, I used the following colors: Quinacridone Sienna Perylene Violet Indigo Phthalo Green BS Phthalo Blue GS Thank you for watching!
¡Por supuesto! Este es un cepillo hecho a mano, cabra. Lo encontrarás en mi sitio web. www.watercoloronline.com/product-page/flat-7-lines-brush Gracias por la respuesta !!!
Michael hello, if I want to mix paint as watercolour and Acrylic which one of them will be at the 1st layer On the Canvas both are based water is there any difference ?
Hi, here is how to mix acrylic and watercolor: please don't! They are created for completely different purposes. Watercolors are transparent, their goal being the permeation of the fibers of paper. On the other hand, acrylic is an awful and cheap pigment creating for painting over large billboards which turns into plastic and loses coloration. Please do not use them together: it does not make any sense. Sincerely, Michael.
Hi, I used to use mostly Arches Rough 300 gsm paper (like on this one), but now I am switching more and more to Saunders Waterford Rough 300 gsm, as it retains moisture for longer and has an interesting texture.
Watercolor Online with Michael Solovyev thank you! 🙏🏻 i use Arches, but i can’t express like you...I’ll study harder and harder and challenge various paper.
I’m also not a fan of speed paintings and no description of what paints you are using, very disappointed after watching and listening to your first one I saw, unfortunately I didn’t know how to slow it down...not computer savvy
