I’m in a similar situation actually, I’m limited on experience so my team partner and I are just rocking it at Schneider until we have the experience to get to Indian River. Ready to run those IRT miles!
Appreciate the video and insight 👍🏽 two questions, do you think there is more money to be made in the pump off or non pump off division? I’ll for sure be running from coast to coast to make the most miles and money but still not sure if I should do non pump or pump division. And second question is what are your weekly paychecks on average? If you don’t want to answer I understand and thanks for the video 👍🏽
Get that detention pay they got me Like that and i made them change my load they say it stuck at the border but they have other load siting on the yard
Pump driver can get pump load where u have to pump on or pump off ur load and non pump driver just do regular load where thre customer do everything pump driver get Xtra pay if we get a pump load and we have to pump
