Indian Rojak Sauce
Ingredients:
6 Sweet Potatoes
{boiled and blend with water to a paste}
Blend all ingredients below into a paste:
30 dried chillies {Cut, deseed, soak in hot water and fry with 1 tbsp oil for 3 mins)
2 onions & 10 garlic {Fry for 3 mins}
1/2 cup tiny shrimp { soak for 30 mins and rinse well}
Additional Ingredients:
1 cup red sugar
3 tbp sugar
3/4 tbsp tamarind
Salt to taste
Peanuts
