Nice ride out in the Sunshine. I've never had a cruiser style motorbike before. But you never know one day. Currently I have my trusty NT 1100. Cheers

You should give them a try sometime. Not a bad ride at all. Thanks for watching!

This is one of the bikes I've considered downsizing to, so I'm so glad to see your video on it. I don't mind that it's only 999 cc but I'm kinda concerned that it only has 5 gears. Even the Vulcan S has 6 gears and it's 650 cc. Another concern is the 3.3 gal has tank and no fuel gauge. What is your opinion on that? We're the same height, do you think the extended reach seat would make it more comfortable especially with leg positioning? The bike is very affordable. A Indian dealer here outside of Houston is asking $10,149 for a 2023. I have to look into demo days around Houston. Thanks for the video. Ride safe

I think the lack of a fuel gage is a big fail on Indian’s part but I didn’t have one on my previous Suzuki Boulevard and you just get used to re-setting the trip meter at every gas stop. The lack of cruise control is more concerning to me. I wouldn’t own a bike without it now that I’ve gotten used to it. I think the 5 gears is ok - you can get the 6th gear if you move up to the standard Scout Rogue model. For me at 6-ft tall the riding position is a little cramped but you could probably do something with the seat and positioning of the pegs. I would definitely confirm this with the dealer. I love the looks of the bike though and the mini ape bars. Have you ridden the Harley-Davidson Nightster Special? I thought it was more comfortable than the Indian and it comes with 6 gears, cruise control and a full TFT screen display. A bit higher priced though. HD did lower the price for the 24 models so worth checking out I think. Thanks as always for watching and commenting. I really appreciate it.
