Dude, upper reaches of LoC near Kargil are at 16000 feet, where Kargil was fought. And AGPL in Siachen is >20,000 feet. 14,000 feet is maybe the altitude of the valley floor on the Chinese front in Ladakh.
The Indian Army are the true mountain/HA warfare specialists of the world. They did it in Kargil and won. They did it in Galwan and won. They did it and continue to do it in Siachen (in a winning position). Salute from an Aussie.
