To all you Americans, just try this for yourself. Give this recipe a benefit of doubt (I am from South India) and make this all the time. 2 Eggs Paprika/Chilli Powder - 2tsps Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp 1 medium onion - sliced fine 1 medium tomato - diced Oil - 1tsp - 2tsp Coriander leaves - cut fine Green chillies - sliced in two Salt - As per taste Heat oil in a non stick saucepan. Cook the onions until a light golden. Add the spices and stir. Now, add the diced tomato and stir for a minute. Now add the eggs, green chillies and stir your guts out. Cook those damn eggs until they are NOT runny. Finally, turn off the heat and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy.
I have had scrambled eggs all around the world. This one looked very ok. Nothing special. Although the amount of red chilli will make make your bathroom visit very painful.
So true, in some parts of the world people eat chilli like no tomorrow, in other parts other spices, of course there are also those who like their food bland tasting. But thats the wonder of the world, different cultures, foods, language etc.
yeah so im from the philippines and those eggs dosent really look like over cooked the spices made it LOOK LIKE overcooked but i guess they were trying to make it dry cause what i know most indian foods are dry so stop being mean people and give respect its theyre culture so my fellow rasicst people just shut up if you have nothing good to say geez..... it actually looks kinda delicious but one question is that spicy cause i saw all of the spice its like they put a whole bunch there.
Aren Reyes It actually depends...like where the dry red chilli powder is from...sometimes a small amount can make it spicy and sometimes a big amount would not be that spicy but would add colour to the food
Its overcooked but I expect nothing less from street food. Frankly everyone in the vid is handling food and food items with bare hands for the public so I am not expecting the slow cooked scramble I make on my day off.
to all those commenting on overcooking and spices and oil....it all goes hand in hand. since they use so much spice they need to cook it longer in more oil, theres a science to it and im sure this has a very unique taste
Hellow!! Im korean!! Im addicted and in love with INDIA!! Music, movie, Food and most handsome and beautiful peoples in India!! Love tour vlog!!😍😍 🇮🇳 ❤️🇰🇷
It's always cool to notice the similarities between Indian culture and many others. Sometimes I come across some cooking of a completely different culture and see so many similarities. It's so cool.
Autistic Naked Mole Rat you can't get E. coli from eating things that have recently been cooked at high temperatures and not subjected to bacteria (aka the egg)
What if they already had E Coli bacteria on their hands? I read a comment that said asking someone to wash theit hands before they cook is rude. Do you know if that's legitimate or?
Dont worry that bacteria will be killed by termeric he used Termeric has Circumin which can even kill cancer cells...and it's not invented by humans..😂😂
i cook omelette like this too! i add all kinds of ingredients, whatever i can find lying around and whatever spices and herbs. a different flavour everytime
Was that a haiku? It came out like this in Google translate: "Suddenly it comes out to recommend and see, related videos are watched more and more and time passes I should not be alone"
To all my Non indian friends, We call this as burjhi and this thing go well with Pav(bun). 'Burjhi-pav'. you can get this in india for anywhere between 12-15Rs per unit.
it's a shame when people think the world revolves around them and if it's not going their way then it's wrong. I actually feel sorry for people with that mindset.
I love the stereotype that every indians in the comment section are all cursing americans, but there is no americans in here, just indians talking to themselves
Im always completely amazed at when people cook and prepare foods. I love to watch them chop as quick as they do. I think I do an okay job at chopping but watching some other people such as this person just is watching talent. Thank u so much for this video. Just awesome to watch. 😊❤️
wow, so many racist comments and foodie snobs on the comments section. i dunno why they are watching this channel if they don't even like street food from other countries.
Well, I wouldn't use the word 'racist' too lightly but seeing the comments down below where people commenting on how this is not the proper way to cook blah-blah-blah, unhealthy, unhygienic and even to the extent that it was downright insulting to call people of India as "SMELLY", that I kind of find very racist. Because some people here are judging them by how they cook their street -food....like come on! how they cook their food is part of their culture you don't have to put unnecessary comments that are being offensive. And we all know that India really love their spices, it just shows with all of their recipes w/c were being enjoyed all over the world. Just watch the vid, there's no need to judge them with their choice of cooking style and ingredients.
