Indian temple sketch at Chinatown Singapore 

I loved this video! My fave part was at the end where everyone laid their sketchbooks on the ground and you could see the variations of style.

I joined the group when I went to Singapore last June. It was a fantastic out-of-the-box experience for a tourist like me!! That actually made me go back to keeping a daily sketchbook and not just a journal. ☺️

This video was really great. I liked to see many artists coming together at a place and painting the same thing. Each one of them having their own perspective, and the pure indulgence in the moment is so good to see.

I have some photos that my precious late son took the year he returned to the US. Some are Temples in India and Nepal; others from a Tibetan Buddhist Monastery. All are extremely ornate and detailed with both color and intricate carvings. My eldest and I wanted to TRY and sketch and paint. It did NOT go well! 😂. How long were you all there? I would think all the detail in some of those sketches would take quite a long time to do.
