I learned so much from you on how to manage the house and not always be in the kitchen 24/7, so grateful your channel is back up and running. Wishing you all the success in whichever career path you are on now and hope the boys are doing well! They must be SO big now and matured too!
I consider myself the most disorganized person. But this video inspires me that it's not that difficult to be organized. I am also an NRI, a wife, a Univ. student and a full-time Teacher and I am so lazy and bad with planning and organizing my meals and Kitchen because most of the time I am so tired and end up eating out. After watching this video I planned one week and it was a success. I saved a lot as I didn't end up eating outside. Thanks a lot. I hope I can follow these planning weeks after weeks. Thanks a lot. May God Bless you and your family.
Happy Women's Day to you! Please stay the same , the Hindi and English mix is so real, stay Indian at heart, you made me miss my home and India so much !!! Hugs and love , Shruti
Shruti... after reading your message I started missing my home as well.... lots of best wishes to you... will soon try to incorporate some oats recipes
hello mam i am only daughter of my parents and your videos helped me to go so well when both my parents were unwell. keep posting more episodes on meal prep . lot of love ,respect and regards. thank you.
Hi Anu, I am from New York and recently came upon your videos. Frankly, it was refreshing to watch an Indian video on caring for home and family, while the net is populated with American ones. I have been regularly watching for the last 3 days and being inspired :).
Hi. I know this video is from 2017 and i have watched it back then but was missing your video so watched it again. Really nice video with lot of great content and information. Hope you and your family is doing well. Would love to see your new videos 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just wanted to let you know that you are being missed in the RU-vid world and your videos has helped so many like us. Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Same here, Geetanjali. Even I had watched this video almost a year back and I had saved it then only. Today when I'm married I came back to this video. Feeling peaceful and positive watching her.
A couple of days back I went ahead and did the meal prep as suggested- Made chutney, grated paneer, roasted oats et al. Made a high protein besan chilla today morning with oats, besan and added the green chutney in the mix and shredded paneer on top. Very flavourful and came together in 5 minutes - an impossible feat without meal prep. Amazing experience - had to share!
Thanks Anu! I have been a healthy eater through out but would typically prep right before cooking and that would make the process really long. So meal prep is quite a game changer. I was very depressed after seeing some of the other videos on indian meal prep after food was being prepared and frozen for like a month. I can't even imagine.... well, to each his own. All the best. Hey do a video on must have pots and pans in the kitchen na.. :)
I'm newly married and also a student. it's really helpful for me to plan meal. I searched previously but all were nonveg and none of them was about indian food. Thanks A tone
I know a lot of your subscribers are moms or people living with family. But ma'am,I'm a student living alone abroad and I want to let you know that your videos have inspired me so much. Thanks Oscar. I only do meal preparation on weekends .Being a mom it's hard to get some ME time... but i try my best to squeeze in as much as possible.
I am really amazed to see this video!! Being a RU-vid'r myself i can understand how much behind the camera work this video must have had! There are really great tips and i needed them desperately! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
This is awesome.. i always struggle during later half of the week in terms of planning lunch and dinner.. this is super helpful.. My request would be if you can show more variety of meal options - breakfast and dinner.. it would be lot helpful

Really well presented video of its kind. You've discussed bot things which are really helpful for households. Though I was only looking for a diet plan on YT, but leant lot more than that You must be a Bengali ! :P

Can you show neatly prepared weekly food chart ? Monday to Sunday.. If possible along with photos of food..and seperate links for each of the recipes in description...👍👍
Hi Divya ....thanks ..I have three videos ( Part1/2/3) for healthy lunchbox, snacks, breakfast recipes... main focus is on kids ...please checkout those....they might be helpful
Really helpful. as a working woman I struggle to complete all the household work alone. I will plan according to your video from now on so that I can also relax.
Is all this even healthy? We are taught all the time Things like washing cut vegetables and storing them after cutting for this long, etc would not keep them nutritious enough are these things consumable by kids and adult?.
Great video. I wish i could do the same.... but I travel every weekend to my hometown. So the only time i get is on weekdays. Some tips: - Keep veggies fresh longer at the bottommost part and always adjust fridge temp based on different climates. You could also freeze washed, dried and cut veggies like carrot, beans, cauliflower, cabbage. - Cut, soak, pat dry and freeze potato strips for instant crispy fries - For very busy ppl like me ask all family members to put some effort. Even kids can help pack, sort, wash etc. Utilize all time you get with your family
U r truly a great mom,a great homemaker, love watching ur videos, keep making videos like this and inspire us.whenever im down ur videos make me motivated,im also a mom of two boys.lots of love from bangladesh
Please come back… you actually helped me during my hostel days and now when am married i really keep coming back to your channel for guidance… hope u r doing well
Hello Anu!! I have been silently following you from my personal account for a very long time. Just wanted to say thank you.. you gave me strength to pursue my wish to create my own channel. So THANK YOU!!
such a helpful video, taught me so many time saving ideas which i never thought of even though im a house wife and mother of 2 kids past 6 yrs, thank u sooo much, love it!
mam apjki jyadater recepies leftover food se bani h, aata b teen din pehle bna lete ho, sabji bina dhoye chop ker lete ho,, i m sorry to say but it is sooo unhealthy
wowwwwwww I must say, this is the best channel till now I have seen as a complete-woman-guide!!! 😃 do add some details about yourself too! and we would love to watch more of 'what we eat in a day', and cooking videos. a big thumbs up
But nutrients are lost when you cut veggies and store them in fridge. If you freeze it most veggies loose their texture and nutrients at the time of blanching. The reality is recepie you thought would taste great end up like poop
Anu, u r Fab. U inspire so many to take care of their family and themselves well. U r so organized and ur videos keep encouraging us. I had a small request, if you could publish the weekly planner with us so we blindly follow it 😁 n keep visiting your channel on weekly basis for it.
Your preprepping advice has literally made my life so much easier. I have all the vegetables prediced now, and I am able to cook all the veggies so quickly! Thank you Thank you!. :)
Enjoyed watching this video. I have tried meal preps in the past when we didn't have a cook. But I have done it with the help of my hubby. Seeing you do all of this alone, I wish you had help...but you do seem to enjoy it 👍☺️
