Mess it up? You can't mess it up anymore than the last two movie installments. The bar is low enough now that they don't even have to use much effort for it to be decent. Just like Jedi survivor and fallen order, Star Wars is soooooo fuckin terrible now that those games looked absolutely amazing in comparison.

Developers said that ir zooms out to 3rd for climbing and other things so it's a hybrid of sorts. Hopefully it balances out well.

It's 2024, and somehow still stuck using the overused and over saturated 1st person mode, when it would've been cool having both 1st & 3rd person perspectives freely, which only a select few games have done. Also, it's Indiana Jones, the dude who came first before Lara Croft or Nathan Drake. Would've been better playing as Indy while traversing, exploring, stealth or fighting in 3rd person rather than just seeing his hand, and fighting in 1st person makes camera shaky and nauseating.
