As someone who grew up in the 2000's watching Star Wars and Indiana Jones on my parents' VCR. I am so incredibly blessed to witness these amazing movies with their own unique stories. They hold a very special place in my heart to this day, love them super dearly. The only thing I ever wished was that the Indiana Jones franchise had the same exact love and worldwide popularity as Star Wars.

I remember hearing about the scene at 4:20 with the swordsman. Harrison Ford was genuinely sick and just wanted to get it over with he just shot him after the swordsman finished showing off. It was so good Spielberg kept it.

He was suffering from a bad case of Diarrhoea and the heat was just draining him physically. Hence, he just improvised this scene so quickly and worked in everyone's interest even more than what was suggested in the script.

When they were filming in Egypt everyone besides Spielberg got sick. Originally Indy was supposed to have a lengthy fight with him. Ford saying "just shoot the sucker" to improvise made the scene 10x better.

Phoebe Waller Bridge is said to be a obnoxious character who upstages Ford broken down old Indiana Jones at every turn - she is the hero of the story and rescues Indy. Reviews say shes the obnoxious perfect character while Indy is a broken old man cowering in the corner.

I absolutely love Indiana Jones! As a history buff, I love Harrison Ford as Indy more than Han Solo. The iconic whip, fedora, leather jacket, and the theme song as he swings into action is absolutely timeless! Will definitely miss this series. Thank you for the memories, Harrison and Indy!

The part when he says "no ticket" makes me imagine if anybody tried to see the new Indiana Jones movie but doesn't go to the booth first then the person who checks the ticket would say "no ticket."

Nobody’s gonna mention the truck scene from Raiders where Indy single handedly takes on a squadron of troops, and recovers the Ark? OR the tank scene from Last Crusade not making this list??????

Those scenes were so iconic and adventurous. I watched them as a kid and I always remembered the feeling I had. Those scenes all blended together when I was young and even now I don’t know which is from watch movie. Going to rewatch the movies now!

Thank you Spielberg, George Lucas, Harrison Ford, John Williams, Micheal Kahn (Editing), Douglas Slocombe (DOP), Frank Marshall & Kathleen Kennedy, all the actors including the rats, snakes, centipedes, spiders, ants, monkey etc etc for one of the greatest franchises ever in the World film history... Pure classic cinema excitement, fun and adrenaline rush... Hats off, what a series of high quality film making❤

Seeing these highlights one of the bigger problems with DoD imo. The same sense of adventure found in the first 4 films is absent. Indy was turned into a broken old man with nothing to live for in DoD. For as much crap as Kingdom of the Crystal Skull gets it still had some memorable scenes. And the other thing is that DoD is too clean. None of the villains get a gruesome death. (i won't spoil for those who haven't seen it). But you really feel Spielberg's absence imo.
