One of the best NFL games ever and I can say I was there to witness it live. Even after Joseph Adia got the TD with a minute to go, I knew it was far from over especially with TB having the ball. Man that was the longest minute ever in my life! I was about sick to my stomach thinking Tom was going to still win this but when Marlin made that INT and the Dome explode the way it did…so emotional!! I’ll never forget the lady behind me grabbed me. hugged me and gave me the biggest kiss of my life second to my wedding day, especially with my wife right there😮. I don’t think my wife care…BECAUSE we beat the Pats to go to the SB! 😅
@mikeybabies nice to see an intelligent sports fan. as a colts fan, THANK YOU. i look forward to more great matchups between us (maybe this year.... the colts are getting hot at the right time and the pats...well, they're always hot...damnit...
at first we were in a tight strugle..But then we came back and fought for what we wanted...a ring of glory....this game was the greatest comeback depheset ever in history in the playoffs
I know, for me, it was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I went through the widest ranges of emotions in that 3 hour period than I had in my entire life! From this video I'd say I was in the exact opposite corner of the dome than zack legend.
Yeah I really think it was one of the greatest comebacks as well. There was so much emotion involved in that game. I wouldn't have wanted to play anybody else for the road to the super bowl than the Pats. I'm a huge Pacers, Colts, and White Sox fan, so my teams very rarely do anything successful. It was alright to see the Sox finally win three years ago, but the Colts are where my heart is at. Seeing them finally overcome and win a super bowl was amazing! Downtown Indy was hilarious that night.
I think that because as a fan of most Indiana teams, most of their franchises are new to the city of Indianapolis or Indiana altogether. They've always been good, but not good enough. For the Pacers, this was the problem in the Jordan era. For the Colts, it was a problem during the Brady/Patriots era. But finally, FINALLY, we overcame and won!!!!
QB: Tom Brady, New England RB: LaDainian Tomlinson, San Diego FB: Lorenzo Neal, Cincinnati/S.D./Balt. WR: Marvin Harrison, Indianapolis WR: Torry Holt, St. Louis TE: Tony Gonzalez, Kansas City T: Walter Jones, Seattle T: Jonathan Ogden, Baltimore G: Alan Faneca, Pittsburgh/N.Y. Jets G: Steve Hutchinson, Seattle/Minnesota C: Olin Kreutz, Chicago All-Decade Honors Patriots: Team of the Decade
As much as i hate to think about it, if the colts or pacers left indy, i would still love them. its not the city that you love its the team, sure i know the Baltimore fans felt like they had been stabbed in the back. i can understand that, but why stop loving the players and team you onced loved. did you ever really love that team, if it is that easy to turn your back on them? true honorable fans stick with there team no matter what. and you are, a true honorable fan.
Here we go again guy and gals GO COLTS ! I wish I could afford tickets But nevertheless Ill be supporting form 1,300miles away and there will be a good chance they will still hear me in Miami Sadly I live in North West Indiana (aka bears country) But I still wear my Colts colors ! GO COLTS !
Do you have a full recording of this game? I am stuck on a little island of Guam which had and still has no TIVO so i wasn't able to record it. I cannot find it online in full length anywhere. I would pay you good money to send me a copy of it on DVD to Guam.
Thank heavens they didn't get anywhere in the playoffs. I get so tired of listening to Patriots fans...they are convinced they are G-D's gift to football. Breathed a sigh of relief when the Raven's ate them for breakfast and then we beat the Ravens. Good couple of weeks all around...here comes the AFC Championship!! Go Horse!
No problem. Guess we will have to settle fir Team of the Decade and Brady MVP of the Decade.... Goober can have the regular season indoor sound dome championship.... Priceless.... Look for the Chargers to send you sound domers packing..... hehehe
@mikeybabies yes, im commenting on a year old post, lol. same on the colts fan, many years. since they came here to indiana. dedicated to the colts, true blue fan. however, lets be honest. just because im a colts fan, i would never say that manning is a better qb than tom brady. we win one superbowl, and suddenly the pats have won none? lol. no way. give them credit where credit is due. by the way, bellicheck is not the only coach that ever cheated. motto, if you aint cheatin' you aint tryin
No Goober in not on drugs... Now if he wins in the playoffs, that's a different story... Being under .500 in the playoffs lifetime really says it all about Goober... Stiff.... hehehe
@mikeybabies right on dude, even though we gave each other hell over the years, I respect brady and the pats!! Shame on those shit talkers on any team's side!!!
Jealous of a team who has had a pathetic playoff run this decade???? You do realize that Goober and the Colts are under .500 in the playoffs this decade averaging a little more than .5 playoff win each year this decade... Don't flatter yourself.... hehehe
Goober is under .500 and has Bern one and done six times in his playoff career! How does this happen when the Colts lead the NFL in regular season wins this decade? It's simple, goober choked and the sound dome factor..... Cheaters..... hehehe
id rather be from indianapolis than boston, seriously it is pronounced chowder not chaadaa, you mow the yard, not the yaaawd, i order drinks at a bar, not a baaaa
Once again, the Colts cheated. With bad officiating and Peyton on steroids, the Colts cheated! Therefore I am putting ***** next to their record for this season and last season! SO THERE!
