Thanks for posting this. I really miss Indy's Union Station from the days when it was restored and used as a shopping center. It's really too bad that it's mostly empty and neglected these days.

This station was the first Union station in the world, and in 1900, it had serviced 200 trains and had much more tracks going into the shed. Now it seems only 1 to 2 passenger trains a day.
well conrail still owned a railway line running to it but many of its lines were being sold to CSX and NS and there is a shrot line railway running to it to kentucky (and if you got the newist issue of trains magizene you can find a image of it hertige unit) but if CSX and the L&IR get the contract they will fix they will fix the short line and have amtrak run trains to it, and yes they were
