Family Guy makes fun of every race, religion, and country but they usually do it in a way that shows the characters are wrong for making those stereotypes. I was a little surprised about the 9/11 joke since the creator Seth MacFarlane was supposed to be on the flight from Boston that flew into the South tower. He only missed the flight because he got drunk the night before so was running late and missed the plane. The one time a hangover saved a life.

@2:18, he said that the monopoly guy goes directly to jail and convert to Islam, well, this is a joke, but it is a fact, as a reference to black American males. Some(a lot) of black American male became Muslim while they are incarcerated, this is a fact and some still practice Islam upon released from prisons. This joke referenced that, so, if you are a foreigner and you don't understand this joke, this is what he meant.
