@@winniecasti5927 Are you actually joking? Dimash is literally among a few record holders who can go WAY higher. His range spans multiple octaves and he can absolutely go MUCH higher than Marcelito. You clearly need to do research into who Dimash actually is and what he’s done. He can go way, way, WAY higher than Marcelito (and way, way lower), with greater ease. Musicality is subjective, but range is not. In terms vocal range and ability, Marcelito isn’t even in the same stratosphere as Dimash.

​@@BaresEatBeatsso what are the 2 singers respective ranges? I think Dimash actually has a lower range than Marcelito does but I don't think there is such a thing as the only best singer. They are 2 very talented individuals. Personally I prefer Marcelito for this type of interpretation he is a master at it.

@@gailseatonhumbert If we’re talking about musical preferences, then of course it’s subjective. It depends what you mean by ”the best”. But if we’re talking about range and vocal control, that isn’t subjective; and Dimash is leagues ahead of Marcelito. Dimash’s range is over 6 octaves. Marcelito, as far as I’m aware, hasn’t been tested, but it is absolutely not as high as Dimash’s as Dimash can go both higher and lower than Marcelito with minimal effort and is widely regarded as one of the greatest singers to have ever lived. Musicality and personal preferences aside (as that’s something entirely personal and subjective), just ask a qualified vocal coach which of the two is technically superior as a vocalist… you won’t find a single one who says Marcelito (and I do actually really, really like Marcelito. What is more impressive about him over Dimash, is that he wasn’t classically trained - he learnt himself which is astonishing. But that doesn’t change the fact that Dimash is the far more technically skilled vocalist).
