More tornado goodness, here where I live they blast these sirens the first Saturday of every month at 1 pm during the spring summer and early fall. Sad thing is we don’t get many tornadoes here, but the storms we get they warn us by siren as well. Nice reaction ladies😊
@@codygrimes6157 it’s a sad thing because when I hear the sirens I expect to see tornadoes and that never happens. It seems like a waste of a good siren blast.
Alerts are used to grab your attention. For example opening bars of Beethoven’s 5th Symphony are used by trains near railway crossings in US. Because it grabs attention.
There's a siren 3 blocks from my home, one a block from my work and more downtown that echo between the buildings. The 1st Wednesday of every month at 1 PM they're tested. They also go of a few times in the summer when the weather gets a bit wild.
