The deer and doe opium coat is really nice. It was my first attempt at coat making and it was reasonably easy to sew up. Thanks for the recommendations!
Great recommendations Samantha. I just purchased some beautiful bright green cotton velveteen for a MM September coat and hoping to get to that in a week or so. I’m still in my hot pink phase too and don’t see it ending anytime soon 😂your dogs are adorable !
I finished the Love Notions Octave Coat last week. I made a lined coat in a heavy weight wool/cashmere mix. There are some integrated video instructions which are OK. It was first lined coat. I'll put it in Insta tomorrow
The Sigrid coat is not that different from the Harper duster. Make the cuffs a bit longer and you have saved yourself the cost of a patter seeing as how the Harper is a free pattern. I have made the Harper a ton of times in different fabrics and can tell you it is a wonderful pattern.
