Thanks for your suggestion ❤️ but most of the candidates they don't do vlogs but still they can't get selected 🫣 so what do you think about those candidates 😅 Even though some of the candidates they attended 10 times above but still not get selected in 1st round but i cleared 1st round in 3rd attempt and yes I'm Lil overweight and I'm working on it

It’s not only about not vlogging in the interview venue, but it’s also about your communication skills, grooming and poise and also, lets not forget luck. It also plays a bigger role. I would also like to add, that by ‘grooming’, I didn’t refer weight, I referred how you present yourself infront of the interviewers.. your hair, makeup, attire etc.
From outside, a cabin crew job looks super glamorous. It's true to an extent. But once you join, you quickly realize that it requires months of studying bulky manuals. You have to be well-groomed at all times, and when you start flying, it becomes a high-pressure situation. Within 27 to 30 minutes of turnaround time, you're expected to handle safety and service-related tasks while maintaining professionalism and being impeccably groomed. It's not just about having beautiful faces; being an experienced cabin attendant for more than 10 years in Indigo, I can say it's more about survival of the fittest. So, why do you think there are so many rounds in the interview process? The first reason is to filter candidates. When 250 to 300 applicants come in, they might only need 15 to 20 individuals for the position. What happens in the group discussion and personal interview rounds? You find yourself facing a stranger. Somewhere deep down, you know that in this limited time, you have to follow their instructions and create a lasting impression. This puts you under pressure, and they want to see how well you handle it. But most importantly, they are looking for confidence and effective communication skills. Think about it; how will you convince 180 to 200 passengers during a delay if you lack confidence and struggle to communicate properly? This job demands that you work on yourself and give your best. So, to all aspiring cabin crew candidates, I say: Work on your confidence and communication abilities, be well-prepared, and give it your all. Good luck!

Don't lose hope sister! You have to take an interview like a game. like u play Ludo , no one wins the first time . Sometimes It's all about depend on our luck . I'm also cabin crew aspirant and I want to give an interview with an indigo airlines but now I'm waiting for turn 18 years old . Some days are left for that . We have to do workhard. I hope one day definitely God will give u back !❤️

Even i got rejected on that very day (19th july). But the diff is aap jitni baat chaho utni baat interview dene ja sakti ho but mera pata nai qki mai tinsukia se hu, bht dur h. Mai jaungi ki nai 10th ko pata nai par aap jarur jana . All the best
Keep on trying gurl..you will definitely achieve it..bcoz i gave interview for the 1st time but got rejected due to braces but 2nd i went for the interview with my braces off and got selected just waiting for my medicals now...soo its about efforts and luck so keep on trying you will definitely ace it❤

Just some tips for grooming don't take personally just a lil suggestion: try to tie your hair in a different look and must use a hair spray after completed tying your hair and use a hair serum before tying to keep your hair in place and avoid wearing chains and apply red nail polish on your hands too..
