INDIVIDUAL SWEET BREAD - DOUGH IN BAKER (Christmas Recipe) 

INDIVIDUAL SWEET BREAD, DOUGH IN BAKER
2 VARIETIES: -WITH CHOCOLATE SPARKS AND ANOTHER WITH DRY FRUITS AND POLISHED FRUITS.
Ingredients
• 200 cc of WARM milk
• Zest of 1 lemon OR ORANGE
• SPLASH OF vanilla essence
• 3 EGG Yolks
• COMMUN 000 flour (500 grs.)
• 3/4 CUP of caster sugar
• 120 gr of margarine or butter
• Pinch of salt
• 2 and 1/2 teaspoons of instant yeast POWDER

FILLERS:
• 1 and 1/2 cups of dried fruits (almonds or walnuts)
OR
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Place all the ingredients in the machine directly in the order that I put them in the video, first liquids (milk, melted butter, yeast, powdered sugar, essence and egg yolks) then the flour and finally the pinch of salt.
Whole wheat bread program (# 3).
once the beep is heard to place the fruits, remove the dough and divide it with their respective fillings.
