Sean, you're alive. Always love your videos especially your medical ones. Always good info. I think all ambulances in the world get set up the same way. They are where I live. Take care and all the best.
Thanks for the video. I currently have a few IFAK's around but I'm learning to build my own FATPACK and this video has helped me get started. Really appreciate it.
Glad to hear from you again my friend! I always enjoy these videos and the explanation of them from your experience as a paramedic. Sounds like on top of building this kit you should seek training to accompany it. Great video as always love learning more about emergency medical treatment.
Great to see you again. Something like this isn't covered in any first aid training class I have taken. Where would the training be for chest wound and airway? Was a safety officer at my last job. Was trained in cpr, how to use the kit to restart or stabilize a heart rate. They never covered deep penetrating wounds other than applying tourniquet.
Hey Rick! Great to hear from you! One of the best sources I’ve found for training on items like chest wounds/seals, and airway devices are tactical medical courses offered at gun ranges. I’ve taken and taught a number of such classes.
Great to see you still making vids Sean, wishing you and the family the best. I have a little kit but nothing like yours something seriously to think about
Wow glad to see you put out a video this is something I need to invest in I've got some thing's threw together but I need to buy a few proper kits asap. Thanks for the excellent info
Given how prevalent heart attacks are in our society, how come nobody seems to include two or three Aspirin? Also, with regards the nasal airway, 28fr is a typical size for an adult male...are there any "typical" sizes for children or adult females?
I definitely need to put something together. I go to the gun range 2-3 times a month and am usually the only person there. The range is out in the country and the closest fire department is 100% volunteer and aren’t stationed there
@@GearedTowardGear1 Dang why does it have to be so expensive? I'm just a civilian who wants to be prepared. Obviously lives are worth it, but I just don't feel like all this stuff is worth that much on a monetary level alone.
Thanks man. An Epi-Pen is a great thing to have. I keep this kit stocked strictly for trauma, but I do keep a backpack style kit in my trunk that’s a bit more comprehensive and contains an adult and pediatric Epi-Pen.
Did I hear you right.....Are you a medic in Texas, may Iask where at? How come you do not carry bandaids, triangle bandage and gauze pads for smaller wounds that do not require major wound cacre? It appears you have the room for this other stuff.
