Your reaction was priceless! Marcelito Pomoy taught himself this song, he has no classical training, rather taught himself how to sing from an early age. He learned this song by listening to a recording by Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli. His performance, considering that he requires a translator to carry on a conversation in English even though he understands it well but has trouble speaking it, is gorgeous. His native language is Philipino Tagalog, and he has no formal training. The recording engineer was teasing him about his female voice. That's why he spit her out at the end. Notice his big grin after doing that. He is singing now in English, Italian, Spanish and Chinese but he does not speak those languages. Possibility even more by now. He grew up on the streets from age 7. On September 21, 2014, Pomoy married Joan Paraiso of Calauag, Quezon, and they have one daughter, Marcella Janiah. He is very humble, helping out his neighbors with odd jobs and repairs, even though his reported net worth is around $5,000,000 USD. His ambition serves him well in whatever he does! What makes a nation are the people that stands on its soil, they are there abiding by its laws and protecting the country's sovereignty. Countries evolve thru migration, and cultures are exchanged, enriching the civilization. Look at the Wish Bus, the people singing there have different colors and faces and isn't it a beautiful thing, its something that we as people living on this earth should aspire to achieved. Remember everyone is just a visitor on this planet and it is such a short visit.

hi, there. I do sing too, but I really could not imagine how Marcelito does it though. I just think that he's got a 5-change gear tool in his vocal chord, insanely amazing! I have been through to many RU-vid reactors, analyzers, music reviews and all that to Pomoy's rendition and it's almost all the same commentaries - almost everyone is strangely reacting - on how does one in a split-seconds time, could change gear that quick, fast and in speed and yet maintain the voice in a calm, relax, vivid and in accord with the rhythm and precision style? ...what got me most and blew me away is his cover for Bocelli's voice range! that part slowly and stepladderly covering higher and higher notes... that was incredibly fantastic, and it zapped my hair on my limbs and reacted. Well, in the Philippines music arena right now, he's the only one who can do that "perfectly" flawless... bravo! and yes, i am willing to hit that GOLDEN BUZZER 5 times for Marz!! Keep on following it up with the Philippines' Wish 107.5 bus... Hello to our southern neighbors! I've had the pleasure of being in your country last year and it was a wonderful experience. I regret that I could only stay for a week and stayed in Jakarta the whole time but I had an incredible time while I was there. The people, the food, it was amazing. Can't wait to go back.

Great reaction guys and thanks. some facts Morisette Amon joined The Voice Philippines in 2013 and Sarah Geronimo was her coach although she did not win she was on the top 4 while Marcelito Pomoy joined Pilipinas(Philippine) Got Talent in 2011 and he was the grand winner.
