Basmati Rice:
Wash 2 cups of basmati rice 3 times gently and soak for at least 2 hours.
Boiling Process:
Bring water to a boil.
Add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt, and 6 cloves.
Add the soaked rice and cook until 85% done. Set aside.
Eggs:
Fry 7 beaten eggs and set aside.
Shrimp Marination:
Mix 500g shrimps with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder.
Marinate for 15 minutes.
Fry Shrimp:
Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
Fry the shrimps for 2 minutes on each side and set aside.
Fry All Together:
After frying the shrimps, remove any excess water.
Add 1 chopped onion and cook until golden brown.
Add 200g mixed vegetables and cook for 1 minute.
Add the cooked shrimps, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, cooked basmati rice, 1/2 cup spring onions, and the cooked eggs.
