i still prefer my nasi goring bodo... just simple fried rice... 3 spoon minyak masak...cili boh... slices of onion... veggies.. cabbage... anchovies.. one egg... sautéed... in throw 2 cups of rice... fry till crispy...

its called nasi goreng tomyam in malaysian or tomyam fried rice in english....really tasty if you add more squid and mussel
