The PerMix Double Cone Mixers are one type of Tumbler Mixers, which perform the mixing by turning the vessel around the shaft.
They are unique mixers suitable for uniform mixing of free-flowing dry powders, granules, and crystals, with the same particle size distribution.
The PerMix PDC series Double Cone Mixers provides a gentle high-flowing mixing process for solids/solids in a proportion of up to 1:100.000 with the possibility of using an intensifier bar to enhance the mixture, and solids/liquids in powder or granulate form with different specific weights. Our DC and PVM Mixers can also be configured in a vacuum mixer/dryer configuration allowing for mixing & drying under vacuum and includes heating & cooling options
With the simplest structure among all mixers, PDC and PVM mixers are featured for low investment, easy operation, discharging without residual, quick cleaning, and simple maintenance.
This PDC 100 mixer, with 100 lit total volume ( ~ 60 lit. working volume ) is supplied with all the standard features a PDC is supplied with ( safety fence, discharge valve, etc ) but also include a special cantilever intensifier bar for mixing acceleration and lump breaking.
