Consulting is a major path for those working in the I/O Psychology field. Regardless as the capacity a consultant works in there is a cycle and associated process that is used along with a core set of competencies to develop and best practices to follow. The presentation also reflects on the courses in the masters and doctoral curriculums and available that support developing consultation skills.
