I am from Maharashtra, if some of these projects would have gone to UP , Rajsthan or any north east state then we didn't mind....But these Gujrati politicians purposefully moving each and every big project to Gujarat just boils my blood.... This is not just unfair to Maharashtra but also unfair to other states who are lacking in industrialization....

Gujrat has done it's best but still not managed to match the cities of Maharashtra like Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nasik. Aurangabad etc? They may try as hard but Maharashtra will always leap ahead.

Can't agree to your comment definitely Gujarat got benefit since BJP was ruling in Central but before namo got elected as pm due to Congress bjp conflict Gujarat never got such benefit from central yet namo did himself good work here and got elected as pm.. So it is unfair to say that it has been developed only after 2014 compare to other state it was developing. But congress party never gave such benefit to Gujarat state

Mumbai actually built by fishermen and the e parsi people… before independence Gujarat had their own port city of Surat and Porbandar…but after independence most of industries came to western Maharashtra belt from Nasik Aurangabad Pune Satara and Kolhapur..the main economy run by western Maharashtra… but as maharashtra capital Mumbai getting importance doing all financial transactions through capital city… gujju leaves Gujarat and settled in Mumbai after seeing lots of money😂 “To run the businesses we required honest people like Maharashtrian” - by Ratan Tata
