No worries Cliff. Angelina's fan base or Angels understand that many fans of other singers may feel a bit threatened by what we all believe to be the greatest artist in a lifetime. I wholeheartedly respect Adele for her artistry and for writing a beautiful song, also respect and listen to many other singers, but there is simply NO ONE like this young lady today and she is so so needed in this stale mundane music industry. I will never complain or "thumbs down" another singer for doing what they do, all are do respect. I have over 60 years of listening to all kinds of music in my life, but simply put, we are witnessing the GOAT at 15 year old, and she will even get better if that is even comprehensible. There were literally 100's of covers of this song within a couple days of release so if your singling out this artist for doing it than maybe go listen to the others. Thank you Cliff once again for your reaction/comments and supporting the GOAT.

Exactly... the reason people get upset about Angelina's covers is that she always are as good or even better than the original artist. You don't see comments like that about other young singers her age (or a lot older) doing covers. Angelina is so good and have done so much already that they probably forget how young she actually is.

Cliff thank you for your outstanding reaction I have been watching Angelina since she was 6 in her home studio being filmed by her Grandma I am a veteran with PTSD and I introduced Angelina to my brother’s and sisters and it is the same with all of us music is our escape and without a doubt we have some outstanding young singers today but from us veterans when we are struggling in a deep pit of depression no matter what Angelina sings it is like she reaches into your very soul and caresses it and says it will be ok I am 60 years old have always listened to music as a way of escaping but Only one can touch my soul and make me cry and there is only one Angelina Jordon from your veteran family Angelina thank you for sharing your gift with the world

There were also a lot of critical and disrespectful comments from Queen's fans about Angelina. What is never mentioned is the fact that Angelina's grandmother, Mery Zamani, is an important part of getting her to where she is today. Because she too was a child prodigy (art and poetry), she was able to understand that sometimes, though rarely, a child as special as she herself was, could absorb music and lyrics so early in life. This was proved out when Angelina began singing jazz at 1-1/2. When I hear Angelina singing ballads like this I'm sure it has something to do with her being exposed to the music of Billie Holiday (old school jazz) and Amy Winehouse, the most uniquely different jazz singer of all time, for I can hear nuance and inflections both those artists were famous for. Add in Angelina's superior vocal ability, which is seemingly unlimited, and the result is always extraordinary. Adele is great, but being a non-jazz singer she is unable to match the penetration into the human soul that Angelina brings with her singing.

Commenters often say that they like an Angelina song more after repeated listening. I agree with that because it’s true for me. I was impressed with Angelina’s cover the first time I heard it, but I was listening mostly to the lyrics since they were new to me. After hearing this about 10 times in the past couple days, I want to say that Adele, as usual, has written a beautiful, powerful song. But now that I am familiar with it, I actively listen to what Angelina is doing. And it’s amazingly good-off the charts good. She brings the lyrics to life using so many vocal tools: runs, riffs, belting, breathiness, softness, power, vibrato, and that unique texture she can bring forward so effortlessly. You’d think all those vocal embellishments would be too much in one song, but with Angelina, they deliver the emotion of the lyrics so beautifully. There are many songs where I feel that Angelina’s version kills anyone else’s chance to cover it. How do you sing it better than this? And who has the vocal skills to match what we just heard?

Cliff, AJ almost got nuts, when her grandma Mery had to undergo surgery. After loosing Mery´s husband around AGT and the year before she lost her paternal grandpa, her friend Amici and a member of the royal family of Norway, she also was friends with. NOW you can understand, AJ holding her mentor, grandma and anchor in this life, as close as she can. Mery Zamany is still recovering. God bless you, stay safe and sound. German greetings. I think the song is very beautiful and emotionally very personal, Adele is a great singer, with a great voice and she certainly doesn't need to be compared to anyone. But I loved Angelina's ability (at just 15 years) to immerse herself so deeply in the song, with her usual naturalness and her unique and fascinating way of giving it to us. Even the way she reassured us with her opening frames, on her grandmother, is done with infinite delicacy and sweetness. Her voice is truly enchanting and her ability to vary pitch, power and tempo so smoothly and elegantly during her performance is absolutely unique. She is it, practically impossible to describe, but wonderful and unique, always. 💛 🧡 ❤️

She went to a different gear on this song. The depth of emotion on this song I believe is directly related to the near scare with her Grandma Mery. If you watched the lead in sets of pictures that last one says it all with Grandma back at her post. Angelina just keeps pushing and learning and getting richer in her vocals. Then she hits you with ea, ea, ea, easy on me and that was it. All my attempts at control, which I was failing at miserably, were completely swept aside. Then right after that she snatched that high note out of the air and without a net. That is not an easy thing to do, I know I've tried it back when I could still sing well enough that people wanted to listen. It's all the little things she does that finishes the song. O.K. I'm starting to ramble aimlessly so I'm done. Thanks Cliff for all the work you put in these reactions.

You need to check out the song named Above The Water it was written by a Electronic Dance band named TRXD they wrote the song and asked her to sing it. This song proves just how versatile her talent is. The song is very up to date style and it is just amazing how she can just go from one style to another. Watch the version where they have dancers, it will blow you away.

This one is better than the Tic Toc version. I am still thinking that Angelina is way too young, too innocent and has not lived through fraction of the things Adele has had to be able to repaint precisely all the emotions, but at least, in the contrary to the Tic Toc version, this one is not annoying. Maybe her third attempt in 10-15 years will be great :)

I think she did a much better easier to listen to version of Edells song. Honestly I think she is a better artist and performer than Edell.
